As a Duty Manager at our Integrated Operations Centre (IOC) in Auckland, youll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless journeys, whether its reuniting friends and whānau or connecting business travellers worldwide. This is a shift-rotating roster where you will be required to work early mornings, nights and weekends.

How you’ll make an impact:
- Lead and coordinate operational teams at the IOC to deliver seamless domestic and international flight schedules
- Collaborate closely with our Regional Operations Centre in Christchurch for effective and aligned schedule management and recovery strategies
- Drive operational performance with a sharp focus on safety, punctuality, and customer experience
- Manage disruptions efficiently, ensuring minimal customer and operational impacts
- Optimise resource allocation and cost management decisions, balancing customer needs with commercial realities
What we’re looking for:
- Significant airline operational experience, with a proven track record leading large, diverse teams
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence and coordinate across multiple organisational boundaries
- Commercially astute, with strong decision-making skills focused on operational excellence and cost-effective solutions
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and committed to safety at all times
