BAE Systems is seeking an inspection supervisor to support microelectronics module manufacturing at our site in Nashua, NH. Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed fulltime on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100 of the time.

- Provide leadership to a team of weekend shift inspectors that will report directly to you.
- Provide quality control support to the microelectronics module manufacturing value stream, with a focus on the inspection operations.
- Utilize quality control data to help drive innovative improvements that will reduce cost and increase efficiency without compromising product integrity.
- Reinforce compliance to the AS9100 Quality Management System (QMS) by supporting audits and continuous improvement efforts.
