Description:What You Will Be Doing
Will be responsible for providing 2nd Shift Supervisor support for Inspection personnel assigned to C-130 flight line and F22 Speedline. Must be able to work in an environment of multiple responsibilities and manage priorities in a highly visible role. Needs to work well within and leading teams and be able to complete individual assignments with minimal supervision. Must be able to work well with external customer DCMA.

Basic Qualifications:
Appropriate degree from an accredited college, equivalent experience/combined education considered.

• Demonstrated leadership experience or training to include team/relationship building, facilitator, change management, and interpersonal skills.

• Technical experience or training on complex military programs and products.

• Experience with the application of industry quality system standards.
Desired Skills:
Quality Assurance Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent.
• Knowledge of My time, SFM, QADS, Apriso.
• Prior leadership experience

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
