Human Resources
This position provides strategic and operational support in partnership with site leadership, plans and implements human resources initiatives designed to maximize organizational effectiveness through talent management processes, talent/successor development, and job/organization design. The role also has responsibility for activities in recruiting/staffing, ethics and compliance, positive workplace, benefits, and payroll. Additionally, the position acts as the Compliance Officer for the sites and has direct or co-responsibility in ensuring federal and state compliance. The business partner aligns HR initiatives with strategic business objectives and coordinates with Human Resources COE leaders to execute objectives consistent with business and HR strategy, policies, and practices.
What you’ll be doing as an HR Site Leader
Partner with leaders across multiple sites addressing site-specific needs and challenges.
Develop HR strategies to solve complex situations
Drive strategic partnerships as a coach and advisor
Implement solutions that involve multiple HR services and teams
Provide context to rewards systems, direct employee engagement and advise on leadership development.
Manage compensation processes, identifying and implementing HR best practices, and coordinating staffing forecasts and hiring activities
Manage employee performance, delivering HR policy, handling employee relations, and leading ethics and compliance investigations
Provide leadership coaching, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting competitive pay and retention practices.
Collaborate in a matrix environment and a focus on engagement, shared success, and continuous improvement
Lead of team of HR Business Partners and provide guidance, support and development.
