Come join the Boeing Defense Space and Security (BDS) Human Resources (HR) team! We’re looking for a Human Resources Senior Manager to support Supply Chain and join our team in Arlington, VA; Berkeley, MO; El Segundo, CA; Huntsville, AL; Mesa, AZ; Ridley Park, PA; Oklahoma City, OK or Tukwila, WA.
This role will lead a team of 5 Human Resources Generalists supporting the BDS Global Supply Chain and Integration (GSC&I) team. This role will work closely with the Vice President of BDS GSC&I to develop, deploy and sustain HR services and talent management practices.
Position Responsibilities:
Lead the BDS Supply Chain HR team to deliver real time engagement and solutions with the BDS Supply Chain leadership
Contribute to the development of a culture where employee experience is at the center of HR service delivery
Aid in supporting the delivery of key HR processes (e.g. performance support, employee movement, leadership mentor, etc.)
Work closely with HR Centers of Excellence (COE’s) to provide input for the design of HR programs in specific areas (e.g., labor relations, talent, compensation, training), and to support the delivery of programs
Develop and deploy Talent Management strategies
Use HR metrics and people data to drive solutions based on trends and understand effectiveness of support provided
Develop solutions to complex problems that require ingenuity and innovation
Ensure solutions are consistent with organization objectives
Serve as subject matter expert on majority of HR products and services
Provide coaching and development to the BDS Supply Chain HR team
Travel up to 25 travel domestically
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Experience leading direct reports
5+ years of experience working in Human Resources
5+ years of experience collecting, interpreting data, and managing/reporting out high level projects for executives or senior leadership
5+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and linking relevant HR strategies to business outcomes
5+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Possess one or more of the following Human Resources certifications: SHRM, PHR, or SPHR
Leading large-scale transformations, change processes or implementing organizational transformation
Experience working with geographically dispersed teams
Experience working with employees as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Summary pay range: $143,650 - $224,250
