ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM

SITA Prague is on the lookout for recent graduates to join our SkyStar Program, initially for a 12 period, with opportunity to become permanent.

Your main tasks will involve supporting the creation of brand new products based on innovative technologies. You will be accountable for variety of support activities related to the different levels or productization initiatives, which will involve essentials of project management, data analysis, spanet research, feasibility assessment, and anything else it takes to successfully cross the finish line

Under the supervision of the Senior Product Manager, you will be a part of the Baggage Portfolio team responsible for managing the family of products covering the baggage processing end to end.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Assisting and coordinating activities covering delivery of IT solutions, including project plans, assembling resources, change order assessment, progress monitoring and reporting
• Access number of different systems and databases for an effective data collection
• Coordinate action items and next steps by keeping an eye on of project progress
• Help measure and track KPIs
• Update and create technical documentation
• Perform essential spanet research activities

WHO YOU ARE

• Technical background with a passion for IT or for the air travel industry
• Can-do approach with creative mindset
• Strong project coordination capabilities
• Team player who’s not afraid to ask
• Ability to gather data from multiple - often disparate - sources and create meaningful reports
• Great verbal and writing skills incl. technical writing
• Communication skills across different cultures, time zones, and mindsets
• Able to work on a virtual team, with resources from different organizations, to achieve shared targets.
• Essential experience with MS Excel and PowerPoint, PowerBI, Machine learning principles
