Strategic Leadership

• Develop and execute short- and long-term business strategies.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and MTL staff to identify growth opportunities and market trends.

Operational Excellence

• Oversee daily operations across departments to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Maintain high standards in quality, safety, and regulatory adherence.

Financial Management

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed.

Team Development

• Recruit, mentor, and manage department leaders.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Customer & Partner Relations

• Build strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Resolve escalated issues and uphold our reputation for excellence.

Sales & Marketing

• Guide marketing strategies to grow market share and attract new customers.

Compliance & Risk

• Ensure full compliance with legal and internal policies.
• Identify and mitigate risks to protect business continuity.

Performance & Reporting

• Track KPIs and analyze operational data.
• Present insights and reports to leadership.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Represent the organization in negotiations, public events, and strategic partnerships.

Innovation

• Champion continuous improvement and innovation to stay competitive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 10–15 years of progressive leadership experience in aerospace or a similar industry.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results.
• High integrity and commitment to professional excellence.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $150000.00 - $200000.00/yr.
