- Develop and implement business strategies to drive company growth and achieve financial targets in the country
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Lead and manage the local team of sales, and operations professionals
- Monitor and analyze spanet trends, competition, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities
- Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
- Collaborate with regional headquarters and t:m group interfaces to share best practices and align on global business strategies
- Manage the countrys budget, expenses, and financial performance
- Oversee customer service and support operations to ensure high customer satisfaction

Requirements
- University Degree (Master’s preferred), i.e. Master & 3 y. or Bachelor & 6 y. work experience
- Proven experience as General Manager or in similar positions
- Demonstrated success of effectively leading change and organizational growth through strategic planning
- Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills in (English and/or local language(s)
- Flexibility, positive attitude and hands on mentality
- Digitally skilled with experience using Microsoft Office
- Diligent and a good team player
- Good management skills including team management and financial management
- Excellent networking and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in diverse environments
- Comfortable with occasional regional or domestic travel on short notice
- Must possess a valid work permit and a valid residence permit
