An Aircraft Lead Cleaner oversees the cleaning crew to ensure aircraft interiors meet quality standards. Key responsibilities include performing and supervising cleaning tasks, conducting final inspections, training new cleaners, managing cleaning supplies, and reporting maintenance needs. The role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and adherence to safety regulations, with work often performed in confined spaces and under varying conditions. The Lead Cleaner ensures efficient operations, meeting cleanliness standards, and supporting team performance. Comply with WFS site security procedures. Remain cognizant of WFS staff, security contractors, and visitors’ activities and report security breaches, suspicious occurrences, or non-compliance with the site security plan to managers or via the WFS whistleblower program. This position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement.
