In this spirit, we are looking for a talented Fluidic Technical Leader, expected to deal, manage and lead specific projects and activities in Engineering Fluidic Team related to engine fluidic systems and components.
The position is requiring involvement into technical assessment, project management, program milestones and leadership reporting through a deep collaboration with the Engineering, Sourcing, Quality and Global Supply Chain departments and activities aimed at developing and supporting fluidic component producibility.

Job DescriptionEssential Responsibilities

The Fluidic Technical Leader will be part of Engineering Fluidic Team. In this position she/he will be in charge to:

  • Support commercial offer for potential new customers

  • Manage, negotiate and flowdown requirements with/to stakeholders

  • Plan, manage, execute and complete projects through meetings and review within budget and resources allocated

  • Prepare and share main specifications (i.e.: fluidic components and rig requirements)

  • Support sourcing department in scouting and technical assess potential supplier

  • Prepare and promote fluidic system and component development strategy

  • Support people leader to engage, manage outsourcing and teams

Qualifications/Requirements​​

  • Bachelor’s or Masters Degree in Engineering, Physics,  Mathematics, or Computer Science from an accredited university

  • Knowledge of Aerospace Product and Technology Introduction Process

  • Leadership, Adaptability, Problem solving, Communication and Presentation skill

  • Risk and data-based decision making skill

  • Experience on Fluidic Systems and Components (valves, filters, pipes, accessories, sensors, heat exchangers, actuators) and Fluidic systems (fuel, oil, air) preferably in engineering section

  • Capability to interface with internal departments and to manage technical relationship with external companies, Suppliers and Customers

  • Knowledge of Office (Power Point, Word, Excel)

  • Availability to travel extensively during the year

Desired Characteristics

  • Knowledge of fluidic networks and thermal management system

  • Hardware Ownership, Design and analytics

  • Knowledge of Aircraft Component Certification Process

  • Knowledge of Mathworks (MATLAB/Simulink), CAD (NX), FEM (AnSYS) software and Geometrical Dimensional & Tolerancing (GD&T) is welcome
