What you will need to be successful in this role:
8 years of related professional experience in defense or the defense industry with a focus on Product Support and Integration, Engineering Services, CLS, and/or supply chain management is required.
Knowledge of Shipley Capture and Proposal Management processes
Must have ability to obtain up to Top Secret level clearance.
Master’s degree (M.A.) or equivalent; or fifteen years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Year One Critical Success Factors:
Successfully lead end-to-end capture efforts for assigned opportunities
Drive consistent adherence to standardized capture and proposal SOPs
Consistently apply AAR’s structured capture methodology
Produce compliant and compelling, on-time, high-quality capture artifacts
Influence leaders, capture managers, and proposal managers to adopt standardized processes

Compensation:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $225,000 to $240,000 annually. This range reflects the base salary for candidates who meet the requirements of the role, including experience, education, and location. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for a bonus.
