With a strong focus on sales the successful candidate will need to guide teams to identify guest needs, offer tailored recommendations, and effectively promote experiences to meet sales targets and boost revenue. Use data and feedback to refine strategies and improve results.
Proactively resolve issues and support the team in handling high-profile cases with calm and empathy. Lead by example, turning challenges into opportunities and driving performance to exceed targets.
Work with our operational teams especially our airport team to give our guests the best first impression and a seamless transfer experience, whilst finding new and unique ways to enhance any sales opportunities.
Navigate the team through changes and difficult situations, ensuring excellent service while adhering to company guidelines and maintaining high-quality standards.
Monitor team performance and wellbeing, celebrate successes, and use feedback to drive growth. Support development by identifying training needs and opportunities for skill enhancement.
