Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Analyst to support the HRDI team in managing Aerospace separation data. This temporary role will focus on ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and usability across multiple stakeholders and systems.

• Data reporting & visualization
  • Clean, validate, and manipulate datasets to support separation reporting.
  • Maintain and update master files, including ringfence population lists.
  • Create and maintain storyboards and dashboards in Power BI to visualize separation data.
  • Present data insights clearly to support decision-making
• Automation & Process Improvement
  • Develop and implement automation solutions to streamline data manipulation and reporting.
  • Identify opportunities to improve data workflows and reduce manual effort.
• Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Work closely with CORP and AT teams to validate data accuracy.
  • Support cross-functional alignment on separation metrics and reporting formats.

• Experience with HR data systems (e.g., HCM, EDW).
• Strong Excel and data visualization skills (Power BI preferred).
• Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Alteryx).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
