We have a dedicated team in base who look after our crew and pilots – our amazing Crew Performance Managers. They are leaders and role models, accountable for leading and taking responsibility for the cabin operation, the associated customer experience and for promoting teamwork. Our Crew Performance Managers work very hard in the base offices monitoring company standards, providing feedback to relevant departments, and looking after our crew. Our Crew Performance Managers haven’t retired their wings as flying is part of the job! They will ensure the safe and consistent delivery of a quality onboard service through the continuous performance management of all cabin crew in accordance with company and regulatory policies and procedures.
What you’ll need to do the role
To do this role you will need a proven track record of leading and managing a sizeable team, and you must be able to demonstrate skills of driving performance – keeping our crew motivated and upskilled so we remain the warmest welcome in the sky! You will need strong written and communication skills with the ability to work cross functionally, we want you to be confident in front line, face to face and remote management.
There will be travel across the network to support the Cabin Services team - previous experience in a unionised environment including dealing with key Union members is a bonus!
