The Contracts Manager will be responsible for overseeing all contractual aspects of the Airport Master Systems Integration (MSI) project. This role requires strong experience in contract negotiation, administration, and compliance within the built environment, particularly in airport infrastructure projects. The Contracts Manager will work closely with procurement, legal, project management, and vendor teams to ensure contractual obligations are met and risks are mitigated.

• Develop, review, and manage contracts related to the MSI project, ensuring alignment with project goals and legal requirements.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with vendors, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Monitor contract performance and manage contract changes, claims, and disputes.
• Collaborate with procurement and project teams to support sourcing and vendor selection.
• Maintain accurate records of all contractual documents and correspondence.
• Support risk management by identifying and mitigating contractual risks.
• Provide guidance on contractual matters to internal stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in law, Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in contract management within the built environment.
• Prior experience in airport infrastructure or MSI projects is essential.
• Strong understanding of contract law, procurement processes, and project delivery models.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

• Experience with FIDIC, NEC, or other standard contract forms used in infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with airport systems and integration requirements.
• Proficiency in contract management software and tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
