What You Will Be Doing
As a Control Account Manager (CAM)/Project Manager Senior, you will play a pivotal role in managing contracted efforts within the F-35 Production Engineering scope. Your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing a variety of projects within the F-35 program, including:
• Follow-on Modernization implementation.
• Affordability initiatives.
• Tooling and Special Test Equipment (STE) implementation.
• Field modifications for F-35 and IFG operations.
• Other discretely funded Production Engineering projects supporting full-rate build and delivery.
Managing all phases of project execution, including:
• Proposal integration and project baselining.
• Monitoring Earned Value (EV) performance.
• Driving project closure activities to meet objectives.
Supporting staffing and workload management through rockpile planning to ensure successful execution of both planned and high-potential work.

Basic Qualifications:
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment &/or production operations experience.

• Project management experience.
Desired Skills:
• Bachelors degree with approximately 5 years of professional experience.

• Prior CAM experience preferred.

• Lockheed Martin Aero EV Tool Suite and Tempo experience.

• PM Compass and Editor Experience.

• Ability to utilize various Aeronautics information systems such as Hyperion, OBIEE, SAP, APTS, MAXIMO, MYCAS, PDM and PMATS.

• Awareness or experience working in or with Production Engineering areas to include Manufacturing Engineering, Planning, Manufacturing Test Engineering, or Tooling
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
