PURPOSE

The Business Management Manager will manage Airport BU engagement and collaboration with GEOs to drive Airport BU business, ensuring growth, profitability, and high levels of customer engagement. Act as a key interface between the GEOs and the BU, translating strategic priorities into actionable plans and support the development, execution and growth of the Airport BU NB ACV, revenues and spanet relevance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Performance Management & Reporting: monitor sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, KPI metrics (e.g. win rates, deal size, time to close) and key customer projects at BU, GEO and portfolio level to identify risks and opportunities, and co-ordinate activities to maximise Airport BU business - ensuring revenue growth, business retention, and expansion opportunities

Best Practice Sharing: develop and manage process for sharing best practice and success across GEOs to improve internal collaboration and performance. This includes customer case studies, best practice in selling specific solutions, successful go-to-spanet strategies etc…

Manage GEO engagement, collaboration and communication: co-ordinate BU and GEO engagement, communication and collaboration including tracking and follow-up of actions, deliverables and priorities to achieve BU/GEO objectives including sales, revenue and margin.

Co-ordinate go-to-spanet with other BUs: co-ordinate and support BU portfolio to align solutions and go-to-spanet strategy with other BUs (Borders, SFA, CD&E)

Prioritise and co-ordinate training plans: define training priorities based on BU and Portfolio strategy aligned with GEO requirements

Build awareness on each GEOs 3year and strategic plans, spanet dynamics and priorities and spanet dynamics within Airports BU


Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelors degree or related field or equivalent work experience required
  • 5+ years of experience in business related and/or go-to-spanet roles within an international B2B technology environment
  • Track record of working in cross-functional teams, especially across Product, Marketing, and Sales.
  • Good understanding of airport business
  • Good communication, presentation and influencing skills.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
  • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Influence – influence and collaborate effectively with internal cross-functional teams (sales, business development, finance, delivery, product, spaneting, etc…) to meet Airport BU goals. Builds trust, ensures transparency, and drives alignment
  • Commercial Acumen & Critical Thinking – ability to see big picture, evaluate information from multiple sources, question assumptions, and think logically to propose solutions.
  • Data analysis – ability to analyse data, identify trends, and find patterns and insights
  • Communication & Presentation Skills – good verbal, written, and presentation skills to clearly convey key data and findings to different stakeholders
  • Program Management – ability to structure and manage cross-functional initiatives
  • Resilience & Adaptability – maintains focus and momentum in dynamic, evolving environments.
  • Time Management) Plans and prioritizes work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.
