Description: Lockheed Martin’s Guided Multiple Launch Rocket System (GMLRS) Global Supply Chain (GSC) team is looking for a passionate, professional, detail-oriented problem-solver to add to its Program Execution team in our Grand Prairie, TX location.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Control Account Manager (CAM), it will be your responsibility to facilitate the procurement cycle from beginning to end. GMLRS is a fast-paced program with ample opportunities for growth and new experiences. Our team operates in a dynamic, cross functional environment and strives to make all the pieces of the puzzle fit together to deliver quality products on time to our customers. Responsibilities will include:
•Serve as the primary liaison between the Subcontract Managers, Finance and Program Management being the Earned Value Management System (EVMS) point of contact for the Global Supply Chain organization, providing direction and oversight for the accounts they manage.
•Responsible for the development, definition, and management of the scope, schedule, and budget for the work contained in their Control Accounts.
•Support the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) planning and execution.
•This individual acts as the Global Supply Chain representative at program level meetings regarding EVMS and schedule related discussions. This includes preparing presentations and delivering briefings to the prime customer and internal leadership regarding control account performance.
•Develop control account variance reports as per Lockheed Martin Corporate Program Performance Management Process PPMP-01 and program standard work for full criteria EVMS compliance.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
