Collins Aerospace is seeking a U.S. Marine Corps (USMC) Campaign Lead to drive customer engagement and campaign execution. This role will drive hands-on engagement with Marine Corps stakeholders to translate operational problems into executable demonstrations, experiments, and exercises that inform requirements, concepts, and acquisition decisions.
The ideal candidate understands how the Marine Corps evaluates capability through operational relevance, experimentation, and iterative learning and can bridge USMC needs with Collins’ technology portfolio to influence outcomes early and often.
In this role, you will also develop and execute multi-level contact plans including general officer and action officer engagements to ensure engagements, awareness and support at all levels of the USMC.
What You Will Do
Serve as local USMC Campaign lead, responsible for customer relationships, exercise sponsorship, and strategic engagement
Develop and execute customer-centric engagement plans focused on early problem framing, operational relevance, and trust-building at all levels of the USMC
Lead the planning and execution of demonstrations, experiments, and exercises that showcase Collins capabilities in Marine Corps–relevant environments
Translate USMC operational challenges into demonstrable use cases, experiment objectives, and measurable outcomes
Support participation in Marine Corps and joint venues such as wargames, field experiments, advanced warfighting experiments, and operational exercises
Capture results, insights, and lessons learned from demonstrations and experiments to inform requirements development, acquisition strategies, and future investment
Shape follow-on opportunities by transitioning successful demonstrations into programs of record, rapid prototyping, or operational fielding paths
Maintain awareness of Marine Corps modernization priorities and experimentation pipelines to align Collins investments accordingly
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience

The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
