Associate Change Specialist - Configuration Management
Sterling Heights, MI

$31.82 - $35.66/Hourly

Responsibilities:
- Receive and refine problem reports, deriving Change Requests (CRs) and Requests for Variance (RFVs) with initial information for processing.
- Prepare Engineering Change Order (ECO) packages and Engineering Release Record (ERR) deliveries for customer review.
- Manage and promote CRs and RFVs through the approval process.
- Create and process Change Orders (COs) from CRs, ensuring completion after necessary reviews.
- Maintain accurate Configuration Management (CM) files and records.
- Collaborate with Design Services Project Coordinators to align Configuration Control activities with program priorities.
- Provide support for Change Specialist 1 tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (consideration given to other disciplines with relevant experience).
- Experience: 3-5 years in a technical support role; experience with Teamcenter is highly desired.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Other Requirements:
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
- U.S. Person status (lawful permanent resident).
- Experience implementing continuous improvement processes and methodologies.
