Job Summary:-

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-orientedAssistant Manager – Admin Operationsto join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong operational background in hotel processes, experience in call center environments, and a proven ability to manage vendor contracts and internal teams. This role will be responsible for overseeing hotel and lounge contracts, managing the internal travel desk, and coordinating with the billing team to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the internal travel desk operations, ensuring timely and efficient travel arrangements for employees.
  2. Monitor and improve operational workflows related to hotel bookings, travel, and billing.
  3. Liaise with vendors and service providers to resolve service issues.
  4. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all operational activities.
  5. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on operational performance.
  6. Support the call center team with process improvements and training related to travel and hotel operations.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Graduatein any discipline (mandatory).
  2. Hotel Managementdegree/diploma is aplus.
  3. Minimum7–8 yearsof experience in hotel operations or travel desk management.
  4. Prior experience in acall center or customer service environmentis preferred.
  5. Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
  6. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a problem-solving mindset.
