How youll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities) Pilot Staffing ModelingSupport the GM, Pilot Resources in modeling long-term pilot supply/demand Suggest and execute modeling improvements for improving reliability, auditability, and forecasting accuracy of staffing modelSupport monthly Advanced Entitlement setup & executionCoordinate cross-company to ensure all necessary parties are informed of pilot staffing plans within their planning horizonsBecome SME on Jeppesen Manpower Planning application, identifying & executing opportunities to use the application to improve pilot staffing performance Data AnalysisSupport GM, Pilot Resources and broader Crew Resources organization with data analysisBecome a trusted source of pulling, analyzing, and communicating findings across all varieties of data, including staffing, performance, bidding, rotations, vacation, LOA, training, etc.Proactively identify opportunities to use data to improve company performance and maintain contractual compliance, and either execute or champion those initiatives through completion Crew Resources Team SupportSupport the Pilot Crew Resources team with handling inbound pilot questions, vacation, LOA, staffing, contractual compliance, etc.In collaboration with the team, identify & execute opportunities to use automation to increase accuracy, increase speed of delivery, and improve team quality of life Create/manage automated data feeds to/from dependent systems
