As an Afterspanet Program Sales Associate, you’ll play a critical role in supporting our Warranty and Avionics Afterspanet team by delivering a seamless customer experience across parts, programs, and AOG operations.
What You’ll Do
Process parts requests, place POs with Honeywell/Collins, and manage order status and communication.
Coordinate exchange, repair, rental, and counter-to-counter shipments, ensuring fast resolution for AOG events.
Support customers in the Honeywell MyAerospace Portal and provide basic avionics technical assistance.
Administer MSP-Avionics, MSP-Mechanical, and CASP program agreements, including equipment list updates and welcome packets.
Track core returns, request extensions, and ensure timely invoicing of extended-use, BER, and courier fees.
Assist with invoicing, renewals, overfly charges, and payment coordination with Accounting.
Support contract changes, equipment updates, and program modifications with Honeywell/Collins.
Utilize Salesforce, Amstat, Corridor, and other databases to monitor opportunities and maintain accurate pricing and program data.
What You’ll Bring
High school diploma required; A&P license or aviation-related degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years of aviation or equivalent Sales industry experience.
Strong technical knowledge or ability to learn aviation fundamentals.
Exceptional communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce and other business systems; ability to learn OEM portals and Corridor.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and respond quickly to AOG needs.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel occasionally.
What to Expect
Standard schedule is 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with flexibility based on customer and operational demands.
Daily interaction with OEMs (Honeywell, Collins), Project Managers, and customers requiring accuracy, urgency, and professionalism.
A role where your responsiveness and attention to detail directly impact customer satisfaction and aircraft uptime.
Compensation & Benefit Information
The following information is disclosed according to state specific requirements. If the position applied to is not in a state with these requirements, the following information may not apply. The salary range for this position generally ranges between $60,000-$85,000. Actual rate will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package. Other forms of compensation include a semi-annual discretionary bonus, as well as medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k), paid holidays and vacation time.
