Application Requirements

•Turkish citizen or blue card holder,

•Capable of working in shift pattern,

•Not having criminal record or criminal record archive record,

•Born on or after 01.01.1990,

•Graduated from the following associate or undergraduate departments of universities,

*Candidates who graduated from foreign universities are required to submit YÖK Equivalency Certificate.

Associate Degree Departments:

        -Electric, Electrical and Electronics, Electrical and Electronics Technology

        -Electronics, Electronics Technology, Electronics Communication, Electronics Communication Technology, Industrial Electronics 

        -Control and Automation Technology, Mechatronics, Automation

        -Graduated from Aircraft Technology (Avionics) or Aviation Electrical/Electronic departments 

*Candidates who graduated from associate degree programs are expected to have a GPA of at least 65 in the 100-value system and at least 2.50 in the 4-value system and be able to document that they have a CGPA.

Bachelors Degree Departments:

        -Electronics Education

        -Aviation Electricity and Electronics

        -Aircraft Electricity and Electronics

• At least 4 years of experience in the maintenance, repair and operations fields of the industry, 

*Those working in aviation maintenance operations are preferred.

•Good command of English, 

*English exams will be conducted by Turkish Airlines Inc. 

•Who have not resigned from their previous positions due to disciplinary reasons, 

•Have not previously left Turkish Airlines Inc. or its affiliates through termination.


Required Qualifications

•Ability follow technical documents in English,

•Proficient in using electrical-electronic test and measurement equipment,

•Experience in technical maintenance and operation processes,

•Knowledge of fault tracking and part repair information,

•Basic understanding of computer and network,

•Familiarity with PLC and Automation,

•Proficient in Microsoft Office programs,

•Have B class drivers license (preferably with SRC certificate),

•Have advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent organizational and planning abilities,

• Strong follow-up skills, result-oriented and have a good command of details,

• Effective communicators who excel in teamwork and are open to learning.



Job Descriptions

Our colleagues working in the relevant position:

•Perform scheduled preventive maintenance of cockpit and cabin simulators in accordance with the instructions written in the manufacturers technical documents.

•Diagnose the malfunctions and problems occurring in the simulators and related simulator support systems and carries out the elimination activities.

•Ensure that the simulators are kept ready at all times by making the necessary controls before and after the training.

•Provide the necessary support to the teams trained in the simulators during the operation.

•Record and reports the operational data and maintenance data completely and reports the works by recording them.

•Fulfill the operational processes related to Flight Simulation Training Devices (FSTD) devices in line with EASA requirements and regulations.

•Identifies and procures spare parts and consumables deemed necessary, and informs the logistics support group for their procurement in cases where they are not in the inventory.

•Performs QTG (Qualification Test Guide) tests of the devices, which are required in line with national, international and legislative requirements and are mandatory for the continuity of their certification, evaluates the results, records the problematic tests and transmits them to the relevant units.

• Evaluation processes to be applied consist of; check of compliance with the advertisement criteria, online general abilities and English exam, video interview, online English interview, personality inventory and face-to-face HR and department technical interviews. Additional evaluation tools can be applied if needed.

•Work location is Istanbul and short or long-term assignments can be made in all provinces and campuses where Turkish Airlines Inc. has operations during the working period.

•Working order; It is a 3-shift order.

•Upon successful completion of all evaluation processes candidates will be employed as "Simulator Technician".
