The T901 Military Field Service Representative will provide support to GE and Sikorsky acting as a liaison with goal of transitioning Sikorsky Blackhawk helicopters from T700 engine power to T901 engine power supporting flight test, early production and entry into service. The successful candidate will take part in two rotations including airframe ground and flight test in Florida, followed by entry into service locations with the US Army. The FSR will provide on-site technical assistance to Airframe and Military organizations meeting both business and contractual objectives. Role Overview:As a Field Service Representative, you will act as the single point of contact for customers, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution of concerns related to the maintenance, repair, and management of the T901 propulsion system. This role involves direct customer interaction, technical troubleshooting, and coordination to execute contract deliverables. You will leverage your technical expertise and analytical thinking to support customers and ensure operational excellence. This position requires domestic travel through two rotations and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret Clearance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing concerns related to T901 maintenance, repair, and management.
- Provide ongoing technical and business support to assigned customers, including direct interaction and coordination.
- Utilize in-depth technical knowledge and analytical thinking to execute contract deliverables and resolve complex maintenance and troubleshooting issues.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with program goals.
- Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience and lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (or High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a field service/maintenance position as a Military Field Service Representative).
- Minimum of 3 years of field maintenance, modification, and repair experience on propulsion system products.
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically through two rotations.
- Ability and willingness to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret Clearance.
- Ability and willingness to successfully complete all requirements for domestic and international customer assignments.
- 5 years of turboshaft engine experience (e.g., T901, T408, T700).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong customer interaction and communication skills.
- Proven analytical and quality improvement abilities.
- Demonstrated proficiency in repair troubleshooting, shop operations, and testing of assigned programs/hardware.
- Project management experience.
- Ability to lead and influence GE customers and peers.
- Knowledge of the learning process and ability to transfer technical knowledge to less qualified personnel.
- Ability to work independently without technical guidance and perform all required work tasks.
- High degree of tact, diplomacy, and ability to work harmoniously with customer personnel.
