Job Title: Structures Mechanic
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Structures Mechanic to perform modifications and repairs on customer-owned corporate aircraft. This role requires expertise in aircraft structural components and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities
- Repair and/or replace aircraft structural components.
- Address and repair areas damaged by corrosion.
- Perform service bulletin tasks and repairs as required.
- Troubleshoot, repair, inspect, and perform maintenance on customer aircraft.
- Remove and install aircraft components as needed.
- Fabricate and modify structural components on aircraft parts.
- Conduct minor structural repairs on composite components, both attached and detached.
- Assist in conducting hidden damage inspections of aircraft structures.
- Support complex structural repairs, both on and off the aircraft.
Essential Skills- Proficiency in Sheet Metal Repair and Aircraft Structural Assembly.
- Experience in Sheet Metal Fabrication.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in aircraft structures repair on Business Jet aircraft.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Corporate aircraft experience preferred.
- Experience with commercial aircraft and military aircraft is also acceptable.
Work EnvironmentWork in a temperature-controlled facility located on the south side of Dallas Love Field International Airport. The position operates on a first shift schedule, and the initial week of employment will include orientation classes.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dallas, Texas.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $52.00/hr.
