Pay Rate: $30.51 to $35.97 per hour
Your Expertise Will Keep Fighter Jets in the Air!PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Product Repair/Modification Technician to play a critical role in repairing and overhauling F-18 aircraft structures. If youre a skilled aircraft structures technician with experience in precision drilling, blueprint reading, and structural modifications, this is your chance to work hands-on with advanced aerospace technology and keep elite military aircraft mission-ready.
What You’ll DoRepair and modify F-18 aircraft structures, ensuring components meet exact specifications.
Troubleshoot and repair flight controls, engines, hydraulics, pneumatics, fuel systems, and mechanical components.
Use blueprints, manufacturer manuals, and technical documents to diagnose and fix issues.
Apply close-tolerance drilling and precision measuring to ensure structural integrity.
Operate specialized aircraft tools and test equipment (torque wrenches, micrometers, sheet metal brakes, etc.).
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all repairs and modifications.
Occasionally lead teams on more complex structural repair tasks.
What You BringRequired Qualifications:
- Aircraft structures experience with F-18 (mandatory)
- Close-tolerance drilling and precision measuring expertise
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and part location
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong understanding of aircraft tools and sheet metal structural modifications
- Must be eligible to obtain a Security Clearance.

Pay Details: $30.51 to $35.97 per hour
