You will be ESSENTIAL to many FUNCTIONS including:
- Perform involved, extensive and precise sheet metal operations such as drilling, riveting, cutting on airframe and associated components.
- Maintain quality control on all aspects of assigned projects.
- Supervise, instruct and train assigned crew members.
- Coordinate with other crews working on aircraft minimize interference and ensure smooth workflow.
- Provide input to and cooperate with Engineering and Quality Assurance in development and documentation of modifications and repairs.
- Address minor disciplinary issues and problem resolution.
- Basic computer skills to be able to navigate electronic training, manuals, and maintenance databases
- Effectively and clearly communicate (i.e., speak, write, read) in English
- Any other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
