We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing various aspects of maintenance, vendor relationships, and inventory tracking to ensure seamless operations and allow our technical leads to focus on core tasks. Working in conjunction with the equipment engineering and operations team to fulfill various job duties to ensure the team have what is needed to be successful in the day to day operations.

As the  Semiconductor Equipment Engineer Maintenance Coordinator assigned to 1st shift (7a-330p) weekdays, you will be an integral part of our operations. This position is key to maintaining efficiency and accuracy in daily processes. The ideal candidate will take ownership of critical tasks, including managing and monitoring gas inventory to ensure uninterrupted operational flow, coordinating vendor interactions to maintain seamless supply chains and service delivery, and providing essential administrative support to keep documentation and processes aligned with company standards.

This role demands excellent communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders. The ability to convey information clearly and professionally is essential for success, especially when coordinating vendor relationships, resolving issues, or ensuring compliance with operational requirements. Strong attention to detail is another cornerstone of the role, as the Operations Support Specialist will be responsible for tracking inventory, processing paperwork, and managing vendor information with precision to avoid errors and delays.

In addition, the ideal candidate must possess the ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment. This includes being proactive in identifying and addressing operational needs, efficiently handling competing priorities, and adapting to changing circumstances without compromising the quality of their work. The Operations Support Specialist will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational continuity, and we are looking for a candidate who is not only skilled and dependable but also motivated to contribute to the overall success of our team and organization.

What You Will Do

• Gas Inventory & Ordering: Monitor gas supplies, manage inventory, and place orders to maintain uninterrupted operations.

• Day-to-Day Paperwork: Submit daily paperwork, including purchase requisitions (PRs) accurately and on time, as needed by the  team.

• Parts & Vendor Tracking: Track the status of incoming parts and vendor services, ensuring timely deliveries and services.

• Vendor Management: Input vendor information into Vendor Registration System (VRS) and manage relationships effectively.

• Additional Support: Act as an extra set of hands or provide vendor escort services as needed.

• This is a 1st shift, onsite position.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience

• Experience ordering and tracking parts

Qualifications We Prefer

• Experience documenting work instructions for preventative maintenance

• Experience with MS Office products

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 60,000 USD - 114,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
