As an EOL Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless flow of production parts and information within the manufacturing division. Your expertise will support customer requirements and contribute to the overall efficiency of operations.

Responsibilities

• Interact with shop floor personnel to support order fulfillment.
• Assist in scheduling and prioritizing workflow according to purchase orders and recovery schedules.
• Physically move and expedite work through shop work centers as needed.
• Coordinate daily production requirements with the Shop Manager and area Team Leaders.
• Resolve scheduling requirements to ensure timely order processing.
• Track orders and ensure accurate clocking to work centers.
• Provide input to Team Leaders regarding priorities and organize jobs for processing.
• Validate work order progress using shop schedules and expedite reports.
• Manage ECO activities as directed, including pulling work orders for redline or stop work.
• Ensure Andon boards are updated daily.
• Support shop walks and work planning meetings to facilitate production flow.
• Accomplish daily tasks with discipline and urgency.
• Document issues and important information accurately.
• Work necessary hours to address all job-related responsibilities.

• High school diploma or GED.
• One year of related experience or training.
• Ability to calculate figures such as proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
• Proficiency in basic algebra, geometry, and trigonometry.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret various instructions.

• Efficient use of Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication skills and multitasking abilities.
• Experience with inspection tools such as micrometers and calipers.
• Familiarity with blueprints and quality assurance processes.

Work Environment

The role involves regular interaction with mechanical parts, exposure to fumes or airborne particles, and occasional handling of toxic chemicals. The work environment is typically loud, requiring specific vision abilities such as peripheral vision and depth perception. This is a day shift position at our South location, with hours from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, subject to slight adjustments.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
