Qualifying Questions:

Summary:
Assemble precision mechanical and electro-mechanical components.
Assemble pumps, valves, and hydraulic systems.
Measure tolerances using micrometer, calipers, and gauges.
Work with torque specifications and mechanical clearances.
Work on complex components and systems using established drawings and requirements.
Requirements:
Ability to Obtain security clearance.
Experience in mechanical (tube installations), structural drilling and assembly.
Experience assembling pumps, valves, and hydraulic systems.
Experience measuring tolerances using micrometer, calipers, and gauges.
Experience working with torque specifications and mechanical clearances.
Ability to work on complex components and systems using established drawings and requirements.
