Maintenance Controller, F-35 - Level 4

Description:What You Will Be Doing
This position will be responsible for coordinating the F-35 repair and modification execution effort. Some domestic and international travel may be required to support emerging Customer and business requirements. (~10-50).

Responsibilities include:
Tracks aircraft, aircraft history, maintenance, engine data, Time Compliance Technical Directives (TCTDs), and time change items to project future maintenance events that will impact aircraft operations.

Gathers, summarizes, interprets, reports, and maintains information regarding company or competitive schedule activity.

Preparation and publication of approved general schedules, timetables, and other related material.

Coordinates with Maintenance & Logistics Support Manager on schedules, aircraft status and issues as they occur.

Validates work schedules and assigns tasks in appropriate systems.

Receives Time Compliance Technical Data (Aircraft, Support Equipment and Alternate Mission Equipment) and coordinates with Quality Assurance and Aircraft Maintenance Managers.

Works with maintenance supervision to ensure maintenance actions are completed on time.

Ensures data entered into appropriate maintenance data systems by lower technical levels to include military members is complete, accurate and provide training when necessary.

Performs related clerical functions associated with Maintenance Control such as updating status boards, obtaining and distribution forms, or other duties as directed by the supervisor.

Must be able to work multiple shifts and support Field Team deployments if required, estimated travel is ~10-50 (No current requirements exist).

Candidate must be a US Citizen and have an Active Secret Security Clearance upon start date.

Candidate must have the ability to obtain and maintain an active passport.

Basic Qualifications:
• Candidate must have experience in the execution of Maintenance Planning and resource management.

• Candidate must have experience with aircraft maintenance planning, aircraft configuration and data management.

• Candidate must be proficient in the application of Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Excel emphasized)
Desired Skills:
• Minimal knowledge in material-logistic business processes and maintenance processes

• Ability to Assist in the buildup of BOM structures in CMMS.

• Maintaining and adding approved Engineering Dispositions (ED) on the status page and Air Vehicle EEL
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government secret security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: Non- standard 40 hour work week as assigned by leader
