Licensed Aircraft Mechanic A&P
Job Description:

Licensed Aircraft Mechanic (A&P)
Rice Lake Air Center – Rice Lake, Wisconsin

For over 32 years, Rice Lake Air Center has specialized in the inspection, maintenance, and detailing of technically advanced turbine aircraft. As an FAA Part 145 Repair Station, we have built a global reputation for precision workmanship, disciplined processes, and an uncompromising commitment to safety.

Our facility supports a focused fleet—allowing our technicians to develop deep expertise rather than working across dozens of unrelated airframes. We operate in a clean, highly organized shop environment where attention to detail, clear communication, and pride in craftsmanship are expected.

We are seeking a highly skilled A&P Mechanic who is motivated by technical excellence, values consistency and structure, and takes ownership of their work.

Compensation & Schedule

  • Total Compensation: $60,000 – $175,000 (based on experience and capability)

  • Familiarity with LRU troubleshooting and replacement
  • Experience in a Part 145 repair station environment
  • Strong troubleshooting mindset

What Sets This Role Apart
