Helicopter Mechanic
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Helicopter Mechanic with over four years of experience in helicopter maintenance. The ideal candidate should have the ability to interpret and read schematics or technical drawings and possess experience in performing inspections and heavy maintenance. Candidates must have their own tools and a valid drivers license. While an FAA A&P license is preferred, it is not a requirement. Experience with any model of civilian helicopter is considered a significant advantage.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repair tasks on helicopters.
- Interpret and read schematics or technical drawings to guide maintenance work.
- Conduct thorough inspections and execute heavy maintenance on aircraft.
- Utilize personal tools to complete maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with A&P mechanics, avionics techs, sheetmetal mechanics, and composites techs in a Part 145 shop environment.
Essential Skills
- Over four years of helicopter maintenance experience.
- Ability to interpret and read schematics or technical drawings.
- Experience with inspections and heavy maintenance.
- Ownership of personal tools.
- Valid drivers license.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- FAA A&P license (preferred but not required).

Work Environment
Work in a small hangar environment alongside A&P mechanics, avionics techs, sheetmetal mechanics, and composites techs. The facility operates as a Part 145 shop, offering a collaborative and technically engaging atmosphere
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bensalem, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr.
