- Assist in the transfer of helicopters from the Production line to the Flight Line.
- Perform incoming inspections, install main rotor blades, fill oils, and perform fuel function testing in accordance with applicable job cards.
- Conduct engine dry motoring to ensure proper function before first engine start-up and perform periodic weight and balance operations depending on helicopter configuration.
- Perform Track and Balance Flights, and make adjustments to eliminate high vibrations on the airframe and Main & Tail Rotors, including pitch link adjustments, and the addition of weights to Tail and Main rotors.
- Assist in the installation of interior and custom components such as hoists, cargo hooks, and auxiliary fuel systems.
