Schedule: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire (6 Months → Direct Hire)

?? REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
• 3+ years aircraft structures / sheet metal experience
• Minimum 2+ years on helicopter (rotorcraft) structures
• Experience with aircraft structural repair, fabrication, and installation
• Strong ability to read blueprints, engineering drawings, and maintenance manuals
• Experience using precision measuring tools, hand tools, and power tools

?? Responsibilities:
• Perform structural repairs and modifications on helicopter airframes
• Install and repair skins, panels, bulkheads, stringers, ribs, and structural components
• Repair damage including cracks, dents, and corrosion using approved methods
• Fabricate and form parts using shears, brakes, presses, and drill equipment
• Install interior components (insulation, flooring, panels, soundproofing, trim)
• Repair and replace control surfaces (flaps, ailerons, rudders, elevators)
• Apply corrosion protection, sealants, and coatings
• Inspect completed work using precision measuring instruments
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
• Follow all FAA regulations, repair station procedures, and safety standards

• $36.00–$45.00/hr (DOE)
• Overtime available
• Temp-to-hire (6 months with strong conversion potential)
? Preferred:
• 5+ years aircraft sheet metal / structures experience
• Experience on commercial and military rotorcraft
• Completion of FAA-approved sheet metal program or equivalent
• Leadership or lead mechanic experience
