Pay & Schedule
2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Pay: $16–$20 per hour, based on experience (weekly pay)
Overtime: Frequent and available
What You’ll Do
As a General Maintenance Welder, you’ll play a key role in maintaining, repairing, and fabricating equipment and facility components to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Perform routine and emergency maintenance using welding and fabrication techniques
Execute MIG, TIG, and stick welding to repair metal components and structures
Fabricate parts, frames, brackets, and assemblies using cutting, grinding, and bending equipment
Diagnose equipment issues, identify root causes, and implement timely repair solutions
Support preventive maintenance by inspecting equipment for wear or potential failure
Follow all safety procedures, welding standards, and PPE requirements
Document maintenance activities, work orders, and repair logs accurately
Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and production teams to minimize downtime
What You Bring
High school diploma or GED (vocational training or welding certification preferred)
Experience as a welder or maintenance technician in an industrial or manufacturing environment
Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and stick welding, plus metal fabrication
Working knowledge of welding tools, cutting equipment, and gas systems
Strong mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance
Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)
Physical & Work Environment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently (75 lbs. with assistance)
Stand and walk for 12 hour shifts
Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and working in confined spaces
Comfortable climbing ladders and accessing elevated platforms
Work in environments with noise, heat, dust, fumes, and vibration
Required PPE must be worn at all times
Ability to maintain focus and stamina throughout the shift

Pay Details: $16.00 to $20.00 per hour
