Performs advanced, specialized, or prototype production assembly operations on structural parts, mechanical assemblies, and subassemblies using automated assembly operations. May provide assembly operation guidance to other assemblers.
- 15-20 years of experience
- Be on a "travel" team
- Aircraft maintenance
- Flight readiness
- A&P License (A&P is more of a hard preference rather than a requirement. Someone who has worked in the Aviation Industry could potentially not have their A&P but still be a good fit.)
- Experience with exterior panels, paint, sealant, ti-foil
- Experience with composite repair
- Knowledge of aircraft systems (power, hydraulics, IFE (in-flight entertainment), troubleshooting
