The responsibilities include contributing to the maintenance, repair, and refurbishment of both sold and existing products. This involves a wide range of maintenance services such as preventive measures, corrective actions, retrofits, as well as overseeing maintenance facilities and field services engineering.

Essential Responsibilities
Installation, maintenance and service of our 3D metal printing systems (Laser and EBM Machines)
Emergency visits and preventive maintenance
Documentation of service requirements according to specifications, manage and administrate assigned customer cases using the service CRM
Customer support in the application of our 3D metal printing systems
Subject to direct operations systems checking and executes within a well-defined operations framework
Feedback quality deviations from machine installations and operations
Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solution and satisfaction
Accountable for the quality of own work
Act as resource for the entire Services team and be prepared to support all other roles in the team when necessary
Qualifications/Requirements
This role requires basic experience in the Services & Field Services.
Fluent in French and German both written and spoken; Proficient in English written and spoken
Technical High School Diploma or similar.
Adapting approach demeanor in real time to match the shifting demands of different situations
Basic knowledge of Additive Technologies
Travel extensively during the weeks, up to 80.
Work Visa, according to local regulation, is required.
Desired Characteristics
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
