Job Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical malfunctions on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, and production equipment etc
- Interpret technical diagrams, sketches, manuals, and specifications to perform maintenance and repairs
- Design or modify mechanical systems and determine appropriate production methods
- Assist in the construction, installation, and commissioning of industrial machinery and equipment
- Perform welding, HVAC, cabinet fabrication, and general facility maintenance tasks
- Ensure compliance with operational tolerances and applicable code specifications
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to document and manage maintenance activities
- Operate with minimal supervision while maintaining high safety and quality standards
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of general mechanical experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work at various heights for extended periods
- Must be a U.S. Person in accordance with ITAR regulations and site SSA requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in HVAC, electrical systems, welding, and pipe fitting
- Proficiency in using CMMS software for maintenance tracking and reporting
