Summary:
This entry-level role provides hands-on training in aircraft manufacturing.
Under direct supervision, you will perform structural assembly tasks in a production environment while developing essential skills.
Perform basic fitting, drilling, and riveting using mechanic hand tools (pneumatic drills, rivet guns, countersinks, reamers, files, etc.).
Align and assemble parts using holding fixtures, pins, clamps, and fasteners.
Follow manufacturing instructions and Quality Control requirements.
Learn to interpret work orders, blueprints, and specification sheets to determine assembly sequences.
Gain familiarity with parts and assemblies, working with decreasing supervision as experience grows.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Strong mechanical aptitude; prior experience or enrollment in a Technical Aviation program preferred.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Basic math skills and ability to read measurement scales.
Computer proficiency for documentation and workflow tracking.
Must be able to lift and transport objects up to 40 lbs.
Available to work any shift.
Strong attention to detail, safety, and teamwork.
