We’re seeking a dependable and skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial equipment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on electrical work, solving problems in real time, and keeping production equipment running safely and efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot electrical issues on industrial machinery and equipment.
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance, including inspections, repairs, and equipment rebuilds.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Work with motor control panels and high‑voltage electrical systems.
• Support equipment reliability through proactive maintenance and continuous improvement efforts.

• 3+ years of electrical troubleshooting experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or maintenance environment.
• Strong ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Experience working with motor control panels and high‑voltage systems.

• Experience with PLC troubleshooting or basic programming.
• Familiarity with servo drives and variable frequency drives (VFDs).
• Understanding of electrical control panel components and layout.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Aurora, CO.

The pay range for this position is $35.77 - $35.77/hr.
