Ensure Aircraft Safety & Quality with Precision NDT Testing!PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an experienced NDT Quality Test Specialist to support aerospace operations in San Antonio, TX. This role plays a vital part in ensuring aircraft integrity and safety through non-destructive testing (NDT) techniques. If you have a strong background in Eddy Current NDT and aviation experience, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
Perform non-destructive testing (NDT) and inspections on aircraft and components.
Set up and operate specialized test and measurement equipment.
Develop and document NDT procedures and techniques.
Collect, analyze, and communicate test data to ensure compliance with standards.
Assist with corrective action recommendations and track adverse trends.
Conduct certification preparation training for NDT processes.
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as an NDT Quality Test Specialist.
Recent NDI certification in Eddy Current.
Aviation experience is required.
Ability to work variable shifts (1st, 2nd, & 3rd).
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
Current NDT Level II certification for Eddy Current.
Experience with ET MAUS and ET Low Frequency.
Experience working with regulatory agencies (DCMA, FAA, Military).
Prior Aviation experience is a plus.

Pay Details: $31.30 to $34.77 per hour
