- A minimum of 10 years with rotorcraft
- Current, valid A&P license
- Valid driver’s license
- Understanding and experience within a Part 145 repair station
- Prior project management experience
- Must possess mastery of multiple airframes, associated aircraft systems, engines, engine systems, and their interactions with each other.
- Extensive knowledge of the airframe and engine inspection requirements, airworthiness regulations, company policies and procedures, and quality and safety systems.
- Must be extremely quality-minded and demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme weather conditions. The work environment is often not temperature/humidity controlled. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud.
