Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
Execute Standard Operating Procedure to meet customer’s requirements
Check required gap limit and update in the system
Calculate number of repaired blades & vanes for grinding, widening, and part change-out to achieve gap limit
Perform activities with related functional departments to ensure timely closure of customer orders
Perform packaging requirement after end gapping
Carry out weekly cell housekeeping
Assist Finished Part Store in component parts receiving, storage, and retrieval
Assist Finished Part Store in scanning and retrieval of document from the system
Perform scheduled checking of Spools, tools, gauges and the validity of chemicals used
Qualifications/Requirements:
Minimum GCE ‘O’ level with 3 years of relevant experience
Able to read and understand the manufacturing operation sheets and standard operation procedures in English
Desired Characteristics:
Knowledge in Inventory Management
Basic knowledge in IT (e.g., Microsoft Office)
Able to operate Automated Storage Retrieval System/Lean Lift for parts storage and retrieval
Effective communication skills
