Job Title: Aviation Technician - MilitaryJob Description
We are seeking recently separated military personnel, preferably from the Air Force or Navy, with a mechanical background who have experience working on aircraft or helicopters. Ideally, candidates will have served as maintainers in the military. You will be trained to work on corporate aircraft while on contract and have the opportunity to earn your A&P certification through Aerostar, with the cost covered upon successful completion of the test.
Responsibilities
- Perform inspections, repairs, and maintenance on corporate aircraft.
- Utilize mechanical skills to ensure aircraft are in optimal condition.
- Work within a corporate aircraft service center and 145 repair station.
- Learn and apply new skills related to corporate aircraft.
Essential Skills- Mechanical background with experience on aircraft or helicopters.
- Experience as a military maintainer.
- Fixed wing experience (C-130, F22, F35).
- Ability to perform aircraft inspections and repairs.
- Mechanical inclination and aptitude for aircraft maintenance.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- A&P certification (or willingness to obtain through Aerostar).
- Experience with corporate aircraft.
- No specific certifications or medical requirements needed.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00/hr.
