About the RoleAs an Aviation Maintenance Technician, youll be at the heart of aircraft performance and safety. You’ll perform critical maintenance, inspections, and repairs on customer aircraft, often working directly with clients to identify and implement solutions. Your contributions ensure that each aircraft operates at peak condition—delivering precision, reliability, and peace of mind. What Youll DoTroubleshoot, repair, inspect, and maintain aircraft systems and components
Perform routine and non-routine maintenance tasks in accordance with FAA regulations and company standards
Interpret engineering drawings, service bulletins, and maintenance manuals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate repairs
Communicate directly with clients to identify needs and deliver effective solutions
Maintain detailed documentation of all work performed
QualificationsRequired:
Minimum 18 months of hands-on experience in aircraft maintenance, including tools, inspection methods, and materials
Ability to read and interpret complex engineering documents and technical manuals
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Preferred:
Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License
In the absence of an A&P License, must be eligible for a Repairman Certificate within 75 days of employment

Pay Details: $28.00 to $47.00 per hour
