Position SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and certified Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Mechanic to perform comprehensive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on corporate and regional aircraft. This position requires a thorough understanding of aviation systems and strict adherence to Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs), manufacturer specifications, and company protocols to ensure aircraft are maintained in a safe and airworthy condition.
Key Responsibilities- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks including airframe, powerplant, hydraulic, pneumatic, and avionics system inspections and repairs.
- Conduct detailed troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures to identify mechanical and electrical faults, and implement corrective actions in accordance with FAA-approved data.
- Execute component replacements, system calibrations, and functional tests to verify operational integrity and compliance with manufacturer maintenance manuals.
- Utilize technical documentation, engineering drawings, and schematics to guide repair and modification procedures with precision and accuracy.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with supervisors and maintenance control regarding job progress, discrepancies, and completion timelines.
- Document all maintenance actions, parts usage, and inspection results in accordance with company policies and FAA recordkeeping requirements.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental controls within the maintenance facility.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies and contributing to team-based problem-solving efforts.
Qualifications- Valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in aircraft maintenance, preferably on corporate or regional jet platforms such as Bombardier, Embraer, or Gulfstream
- Proficient in interpreting and applying manufacturer maintenance instructions, service bulletins, and FAA regulations
- Strong mechanical aptitude with demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex systems including engines, flight controls, and electrical subsystems
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment commonly used in aircraft maintenance
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to safety and regulatory compliance
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $45.00/hr.
