**This position will require you to work on-site in Smyrna, TN**
Job Description:
- While working on-site in Smyrna, TN, perform Maintenance Control duties for an airline that operates CRJ and ERJ aircraft
- Provide clear information affecting maintenance status, action plans, return to service estimates, and other technical information as required to Flight Operations, Management and Maintenance Department personnel
- Communicate directly with flight crewmembers when operational discrepancies are discovered, and obtain all necessary information needed by technicians to perform prompt and effective repairs
- Utilize maintenance tracking computer systems and accomplish the planning, scheduling, and logistics to complete all scheduled maintenance activities
- Control and tracking of all deferred maintenance items (DMI)
- Provides point of contact and control for maintenance performed on Company aircraft away from main maintenance base
- Other duties may be assigned
Requirements:
- Either 1+ years Maintenance Control experience OR 5+ years of CRJ/ERJ maintenance experience
- Valid FAA A&P License
Pay:
- $85,000/yr
- While on Contract, you will be able to earn OT pay ($61.29/hr)
Work Schedule:
- 1st or 2nd Shift on a 4x10 schedule
- Could include some on call work or overnights depending on the week. Needing flexibility.
Terms of Placement:
- 6-month Contract to Hire, meaning you’ll contract with Aerotek for around 6 months and then go direct with the company
