JOB TITLE: Assembly Specialist - Manufacturing

Job Details:
Contract Length: 12 months (with potential extension)

$110 per diem per week for candidates residing over 100 miles from the work location

Summary:
Oversees the manufacturing of completed units, including:
Assembly of components into subassemblies
Joining of structural assemblies (metallic and nonmetallic)
Installation of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems using fasteners such as screws, bolts, rivets, solder, crimping, swaging, connectors, or adhesives
Testing with mechanical, electrical, and electronic test equipment
Collaborates with engineering, management, suppliers, and customers to meet product requirements and ensure customer acceptance.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience working with cross-functional teams (Quality, Assembly, Procurement, Supply Chain, Machining, etc.)
At least 5 years of leadership/management experience
High School Diploma or GED
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
2nd shift position (must be able to work any shift as needed)
Availability to work weekends as required by business needs
